For users who are not involved in risk management on a day-to-day basis, they may want to keep an eye on the status of risks throughout the organization or for a particular area. This can be achieved through the Risk Status Summary report.

The Risk Status Summary report can be accessed in Explore mode on the Reports button menu, once you are on a particular Risk Register. Once run it will show the risk matrix, a pie chart showing the mitigation status, an action list of what needs to be done to fully mitigate all risks, along with a list of all policies/procedures related to those risks and their usage and performance status.

This report can be subscribed to, so it can be delivered to a user's inbox each week, for example. The administrator must set this up. They can go to the Risk Register and then to the Report Subscriptions sub-tab, and add in the subscription there.
