We're excited to announce the release of version 6.3 of Staff.Wiki!

In this release we're added a great new feature for creating training courses: Certificates! When you create a certificate, you will be putting together a list of article quizzes that your staff should complete before they will be awarded the certificate. This is a great way to provide ongoing training for your staff, or to put together a training program for onboarding new staff.

Certificates don't just include quizzes, you can also incorporate checklists with forms. That means you can make a part of earning the certificate involve filling out a form, and even using the workflow features to have what's entered checked by a manager. This can be used for longer-form quiz questions that need to be marked, or for someone to review a physical demonstration of knowledge or skill.

We've also added new features for training an AI. While we have extensive AI capabilities, this new feature lets you actually train the AI to have better knowledge of your particular domain of expertise. You can read more about that here.
