AI Agents
AI Agents, introduced in version 8.0, are built-in AI chatbots that specialize in different areas of our platform. As an admin user, you will find a new AI Agents tab along the top where you can access each of the agents as a chatbot. End-Users can find a Policy Support Agent through the Questions box on each policy.
Note: For on-premise users, please follow the instructions for the AI Agent Proxy Installation.
There are Built-In Agents for policy management, learning management, incident management, compliance and risk, configuration, asset management and more. What's more - you can create your own agents, too, that specialize in different areas of your organization. You can add as many agents, or sub-agents, as you need. 
Agents can not only answer questions, but they can also perform actions on your behalf.
While end-users won't have access to AI agents by default, you can enable a specialized agent to be available to end-users and provide answers to questions in the "Questions" box. These agents won't be able to perform actions, however.
