Using Enhanced AI

There are many AI features in our platform that can enhance the way you manage policies, procedures, risk and compliance, and also enhance the end-user experience.

However, if for any reason you wish to disable the AI features across the system, you can do this as an admin in the Configuration tab, under Main Settings - just set "Disable AI Features" to Yes. You may have to wait a few minutes for this to take effect.

To use the Enhanced AI features, it's required for you to sign up for an API account with OpenAI or a compatible vendor like Microsoft Azure.

As an administrator, go to the Configuration tab, then click on the "LLM Providers" button. The first time you visit this section, it will open a form for you to add a new LLM provider. That will contain a link to sign up for an OpenAI platform account. Follow the instructions to add the API key to the system. After this, Enhanced AI will be enabled.
